The Request Manager is used to Submit and Manage requests to The Woods HOA Board.
 
Homeowner requests: (login for easier management)
 
  •  Exterior Paint Color Approval - create request
    • All paint color changes to the exterior of your house
  • Architectural-Construction Request - create request 
    • Re-Roofing Requests
    • Exterior remodeling changes
    • Fence replacement or addition
    • Solar panel installation
    • Significant landscaping changes
    • Shed installation/construction

View Request
To view the details of a Request, enter the email address used when the Request was created along with the Request number.

 

Retrieve Requests
If you do not know your Request number, enter the email address used when the Request was created and an email will be sent with details on all Requests that match that email address.
