Welcome to the Woods at Issaquah HOA website

The purpose of our HOA, “Homeowners Association,” is to maintain, enhance and protect the common areas and interests of the combined subdivisions of The Woods at Issaquah and Morgan’s Ridge. These activities help to maintain and increase the value of each homeowner’s property. Board activities such as ensuring consistency in construction and paint, enforcing land-use policies, and maintaining common areas such as the islands and the park, are all done to protect the homeowners’ investment.

Our community website was developed to serve as an informative resource for our neighborhood and our local community. Please feel free to contact us with your comments and suggestions.

Annual Dues

Sunday, March 1st to Tuesday, March 31st

The Annual HOA Dues of $300 is due by March 31, 2026.
Notices will be sent on February 28, 2026.

Annual HOA Meeting

Tuesday, March 10th, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM at Zoom

This year's HOA Annual Meeting will be on Tuesday, March 10th, at 7:00 pm via Zoom. See/meet your neighbors, and get an update on what your HOA has been doing this past year, and what is planned for the next year and beyond. Issaquah's new mayor Mark Mullet unfortunately will not be able to join our meeting this year.

After the meeting (around 9:30 typically), some of us will head down to Malarky's Sports Grill (near Taco Time) for beers and conversation.
