All homeowners are required to obtain written approval from the Architecture Committee for any buildings, additions, or other exterior improvements to their property.
As a homeowner, what access do I have to the neighborhood park and sports court?
The Woods HOA Neighborhood Park and all its amenities are a privilege for no extra cost to all Woods HOA Residents as part of the annual HOA assessment dues. These amenities can be used by non-resident guests ONLY if a Woods HOA resident accompanies them.
