Welcome to the Woods at Issaquah HOA website

The purpose of our HOA, "Homeowners Association", is to maintain, enhance and protect the common areas and interests of the combined subdivisions of The Woods at Issaquah and Morgan's Ridge. This helps to maintain and increase the value of each homeowner's property. Board activities such as ensuring consistency in construction and paint, enforcing land-use policies, and maintaining common areas such as the islands and the park, are all done to protect the homeowners’ investment.

Our community website was developed to serve as an informative resource for both our neighborhood and our local community. Please feel free to contact us with your comments and suggestions.

UPCOMING EVENTS
2nd Annual Neighborhood Progressive Dinner
Saturday, February 29th, 5:00 PM

It's a Leap Year! Mark your calendars and join us for our annual neighborhood progressive dinner. Rotate houses for appetizers, dinner, and dessert as you get a chance to mingle with old and new neighbors. It's a great excuse to get out of the house during this gloomy winter. If interested in participating, please email activities@thewoodshoa.info.

Annual HOA Meeting
Tuesday, March 10th, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM at KCLS Service Center

Our HOA Annual Meeting will be on Tuesday, March 10 at 7:00pm at the King County Library Service Center, just down the hill along Newport Way.  Come meet your neighbors, and get an update on what your HOA has been doing this past year, and what is planned for the next year and beyond.

Annual Dues
Tuesday, March 31st
The Annual Dues of $200 will be due on March 31, 2020.  We will be sending out notices next month via email, and then by postal mail for those that don't pay expeditiously. You can save the HOA postage costs by paying from the initial email. Thank you for your cooperation.
